How do you specify time or time ranges to execute buy/sell or Closes?

I am looking to create an ea using SMA crossovers from multiple charts, ex: 4hr, 1 hr and perhaps 30m that are in agreement. This EA will not take profits, but rather on pips, it will use a basket trading, profit strategy. Based on the sma's crossovers up or down; it will continue to add positions for instance each hour-on-the-hour until the basket profit is met, for ex: $50 or $100, then the ea will close all open positions out with profit Also, I would like to limit the number of trades during the sma swing to a maximum, to say10 (as an option), but would also like to reset that maximum during a swing after a baket profit is booked in the event of a trend continuation. If the 4 hr SMA crossover changes direction (Ie, trend change), then no more trades in the previous direction are taken, but previous trades would remain open and only new trades would be taken in the new trend direction when multiple timeframes would be in agreement, and as a result of this trend change, a new max positions would be re-set for that agreement swing. So, how could I create a template to do these things? Thanls for doing this website. I have always wanted to learn how to do some of this programming, Thanks.

Hi, I found an indicator , which works very well to my knowledge.It is used in the custom indicator list in mt4 with an extension .ex4 file.Is that possible , if i can convert it to automatic robot.What is the procedure for it.I change it to .mq4 and placed it in the expert folder.But it not open any script if i try to place on chart.What should i do to make it work?I have no knowledge about programming. Hello, Thanks for providing free EX Builder. Following parameters I need to set to my EA and I am unable to find with this EA Builder, So kindly assist me for the same. I have a custom indicator which shows up and down arrow as per the market movement. I only need to check previous closed candle which whether has up or down arrow and according to that I want to place a pending buy or sell order at my desired price, also want to modify any pending or opened order when this up or down arrow found at previous last candle (either on M5, M15, H1, H4 or Daily, weekly, monthly).
